Our avowed aim is to ‘Aspire to Achieve, Inspire to Grow’. The Cleshar Academy provides an inclusive, engaging and dynamic environment for learning and continued personal development where results are achieved through working together, practical hands-on guidance and sharing knowledge.

The Cleshar Academy further supports our focus on strong corporate responsibility and is an integral part of the Mayor of London’s Strategic Labour Needs and Training targets.

We also support staff through part-time higher education courses, such as higher national certificates and diplomas and engineering degrees, as well as their professional membership and chartership of relevant industry institutions.
