Our Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporates our Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental Management Systems, and is fully certified to national and international standards and specifications, including ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Our IMS covers all Cleshar’s business activities and services and follows a structure that aligns with our clients’ governance processes, enabling us to deliver their projects efficiently and effectively. The IMS comprises a suite of management systems and project-specific documents, including our quality plans, construction health and safety plans, risk assessments, method statements and work package plans, and also provides the basis for recording, measuring and identifying trends, and directing us to areas for improvement in line with the Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle.
