CLESHAR’S MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL (M&E) ENGINEERS OFFER THEIR TECHNICAL EXPERITSE TO OUR CLIENTS AS A STANDALONE OR INTEGRATED SERVICE, OR AS PART OF A WIDER PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME.

Our services cover power and lighting, heating and ventilation, plumbing and drainage, fire alarms and IT and communications. To enhance our service, we engage with specialist supply chain partners, working together to minimise disruption and downtime.

Our M&E teams are trained to undertake surveys of existing M&E systems, manage the safe removal of outdated or obsolete components, install and test replacements and their integration with existing, and then maintain these assets throughout their life cycle. Our experience is equally varied from M&E installations on station and platform upgrades to trackside cabling works.

We manage planned preventative maintenance programmes to improve the efficiency and longevity of M&E assets and, when unexpected breakdowns occur, our teams are on hand to provide emergency repairs, restoring them to full working order in line with safe and industry-approved standards.

We are also approved by the Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) to install Electric Vehicle Charging (EVC) points, helping clients to meet their carbon reduction targets and deliver net zero pledges.
