​Last week, our apprentices had an invaluable hands-on learning experience that brought their training to life.

On Friday, several of them were out on the test track outside the Infrastructure Training Services main office, where they gained practical exposure to essential skills and first hand insight into the day-to-day operations that link the test track with our Heather Park House building.

Throughout the session, they were able to observe and participate in real operational tasks, ask questions, and better understand how the theory they’ve learned in the classroom translates into the practical environment.

This experience not only strengthened their technical knowledge but also gave them a glimpse into the collaborative nature of our work and the roles they may take on in the future.

It’s inspiring to see our future talent in action, developing the skills and confidence they need to succeed in their careers while contributing to the continued excellence of our operations.
