​As part of Transport for London's wider plans to revitalise the area around Baker Street Station, Cleshar was proud to deliver key enhancement works.

These included extensive traffic management to allow footpath and road works, structural reinforcement, waterproofing, and the renewal of existing basements.

Operating in one of London’s busiest high street environments presented a number of logistical challenges.

Through careful planning, phased delivery, and collaboration, Cleshar and our client TFL teams ensured that local businesses, including shops, cafés, and restaurants, remained open throughout the project.

We’re also pleased to share that this project, the Baker Street Water Ingress works, was recognised for its excellence and received a National Site Award at the Considerate Contractor ceremony held recently at The Brewery London.

This award acknowledges the outstanding performance and dedication of the project team in delivering complex works with minimal disruption to the surrounding community.
