Cleshar, in partnership with TfL, is announcing the launch of this year’s Women in Construction and Engineering (WiTn3) programme. As one of just 4 select programme sponsors, Cleshar will be offering site or office-based working opportunities as a host employer. As such, we will enable 6 work placements for two weeks to successful candidates. Upon completion of the placements, candidates will be guaranteed a face to face assessment or interview. And will be offered the chance to formally apply for the role they have undertaken. These placements will complement a two-week course, delivered by CONEL College, which covers CV-writing and interview skills.
