​Cleshar, in partnership with Transport for London (TfL) is sponsoring this year’s Women into Transportation and Engineering (WiTn3) programme. As one of just four select programme sponsors, we will be offering site or office-based working opportunities as a host employer. We will enable six work placements for two weeks to successful candidates. Upon completion of the placements, candidates will be guaranteed a face-to-face assessment or interview and will be offered the chance to formally apply for the role they have undertaken. These placements will complement a two-week course, delivered by CONEL College, which covers CV writing and interview skills.
