Our team engaged with a presentation at our Cockfosters site focused on Conflict Resolution, an essential part of building strong communication, strengthening teamwork, and ensuring that we support one another to be successful in our roles.

The session centred on how we can work together in a harmonious and respectful way, even in high-pressure environments.

By understanding each other’s perspectives and addressing challenges constructively, we continue to build a culture that prioritises both wellbeing and productivity.

As part of the session, we also had the pleasure of presenting several Safety Matters Awards as well as certificates from the International Compliance Association to team members who have demonstrated outstanding commitment, excellence, and professionalism in their work.
