Cleshar has commenced a 3-year framework of Vegetation Management Control for London Trams.

The works comprise of on and off-track vegetation control, landscape maintenance and arboriculture work such as inspections, pruning and felling of trees. 

Cleshar’s Head of Operations Michael McCarthy had this to say, ‘We are extremely excited to work with London Trams on this framework which gives us another opportunity to showcase our knowledge and experience in effectively managing the delicate balance of biodiversity, whilst keeping the operational railway safe for trains to run’.

The award of this framework demonstrates the recognition of our vegetation teams and our ongoing commitment to Transport for London which has been built upon our current London Underground and East London Line vegetation maintenance contracts.
