​Cleshar was pleased to attend the The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction UCL, to provide MSc Project and Enterprise Management students with valuable insights into Construction Supply Chain Management.

The session explored the vital role of labour, plant, and material flow in the production process, emphasizing how strong relationships with both clients and suppliers—upstream and downstream—are key to successful supply chain management.

Most importantly, the discussion reinforced the importance of caring for the workforce, a principle embedded in our culture as an Employee-Owned Trust.
