​The Rail Safe Friendly programme brings together the rail industry and the education sector with a shared goal, to ensure every school across the UK understands the importance of rail safety by 2027.

With more than 100 companies and 8,000 schools already taking part, this initiative is making a significant impact in helping to keep young people and communities safe.

At Cleshar, we are proud to be a partner of this vital programme, helping to deliver essential rail safety education nationwide.

Over recent months, our teams have been actively involved in promoting and supporting the initiative through our outreach work, empowering young people with the knowledge they need to stay safe on and around the railway.

We have been particularly impressed by the outstanding resources and learning materials provided by Rail Safe Friendly, which make it easier to share key safety messages in a way that is both engaging and memorable.
