​Today marks the start of Time to Talk Day, which runs across Thursday 5th and Friday 6th February.

To celebrate, we kickstarted the Cleshar hashtag#LEGO Rail Build Challenge at our Melton Mowbray site!

Teams from Cleshar, Network Rail, and GB Railfreight came together for some friendly competition, creativity, and collaboration.

The day was fun, engaging, and above all a fantastic way for our teams to communicate and connect with one another outside of day-to-day pressures.

The LEGO builds might have been rail-inspired, but the real focus was teamwork, conversation, and shared problem-solving.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated events like these perfectly reflect Cleshar's commitment to connection, collaboration, and community spirit.
