​Over the past six months, Cleshar has been working closely with Transport for London and our supply chain partners on the design phase of our Cockfosters depot project.

While there have been challenges to overcome, our team has made significant progress and is now well-positioned to hit the ground running as we enter the new year.

✅We commenced on-site work on November 4th, starting with reduced digging and the installation of the piling mat. Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piling has been selected as the preferred methodology to minimize noise impact on nearby residents. Preparations are in place for piling operations to begin in the first week of December, with all piles set to be installed by mid-January.

✅ With winter fast approaching, we are equipping our staff with essential cold-weather gear, including glove liners, hard hat liners, and Turmel flasks, ensuring their comfort and safety as they carry out their tasks.
